Nozamacollection offers free shipping worldwide in many countries. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Please find detailed information during your transaction and what package the warehouse or origin you are buying from offers.

Most stores take 24 to 48 hours before they actually hand the package over to the delivery service. Stores run by individuals or families may take three to five days to ship.

After ordering, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Dispatching largely depends on which warehouse / country you placed the order with.

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in your attachment or documents section.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

This happens automatically and is usually instantaneous, happening when you swipe your card or enter it on a website to make an online purchase. Because a transaction generally takes 24 to 72 hours to complete, the bank puts a hold on your account for the amount of the transaction.

wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

In the unusual event we have sent you a damaged or wrong product, please write without delay to: info@nozamacollection.com with photos of the product and your invoice copy.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won’t be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow up by contacting our customer service.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase.  Please check your buying warehouse order cancellation information.

Tracking allows you to check the delivery status of your parcel. You will need your tracking or product number to do this. The most accurate way to find out when your order will arrive is to track your package. You can do this through the Store or using a tracking number.
